Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions page. If you do not find an answer here, please send us a message from our Contact Us page.

If the music is labeled as free, you may print one copy for personal use. If you’d like to share it with a group (like a choir or class), we kindly ask that you direct others to download their own copy from the site. This helps us track interest and support continued free offerings.
Please don’t send the files directly to others. Instead, share a link to the download page so they can grab their own copy. This helps ensure proper use and keeps the site sustainable.
Yes! If you’re using the music for a live performance, you’re welcome to do so as long as you’ve downloaded it legally and you’re not altering the music or lyrics.

If you’re recording yourself or someone else performing one of Ann’s songs:

  1. Don’t change the lyrics or melody.
  2. Credit Ann Bailey in the video title or description.
  3. Link to the original song or AnnBaileyMusic.com.
  4. If you’re unsure or would like to run it by us, feel free to send us the link before you post: support@annbaileymusic.com

Try downloading the file on a desktop or laptop computer first, especially if you’re using an iPhone or tablet. Also, try downloading in a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) Still stuck? Contact us with the name of the file and we’ll help you sort it out: support@annbaileymusic.com

Yes! Simply visit the Contact page and fill in the form with details about your request. We cannot gaurantee we will be able to provide what you are looking for. However, sometimes we can. We hope to offer more formats in the future.

If you are interested in donating, please contact us via the Contact page and we will reach out with further details if we are interested. If you’d like to support the site, you may also consider:

  • Purchasing a song that is labeled purchasable.
  • Share the site with others
  • Tag Ann’s music when posting online

Every little bit helps us keep creating and sharing freely.

Because we believe music is a gift that’s meant to be shared. This site was built to offer encouragement, inspiration, and beauty—freely given, freely received. If it’s helped you, we’re honored. In the future, we may decide to scale this site as a business venture. But, for now, it is strictly a public service.
Please reach out directly for any commercial use requests. Most use cases (like YouTube videos or performances) are fine, but if it’s part of a product or monetized project, we’ll need to discuss the details.

Ann truly values meaningful, mission-aligned collaboration. While she’s selective about projects, she loves working with artists, vocalists, and producers who share her heart for music that uplifts and connects. If your project resonates with the values behind her songs, she’s open to exploring what’s possible.

If you’re interested in working together—whether it’s for a recording, arrangement, video, or something else—please send an email with the following:

  • A brief description of your project
  • Your role and what you’re hoping Ann could contribute
  • Links to your work or website (if available)

Send it to support@annbaileymusic.com with “Collaboration Inquiry” in the subject line. If it’s a good fit and timing works out, you’ll hear back soon.

Yes, you can print a replacement for yourself. We just ask that you don’t use this as a way to make multiple copies for others. One download = one person’s use.

If you want to create a new arrangement (changing harmony, instrumentation, or structure), please email us for permission here, support@annbaileymusic.com. We love creativity—but want to make sure the song is still honored and used properly.

Generally, we ask that you do not alter lyrics without written permission. If you’re working on something creative or unique, feel free to reach out with your idea: support@annbaileymusic.com

Absolutely. You are welcome to use any of Ann’s songs in meaningful personal events. No special permission is needed for these one-time uses.

Yes—please do! Just include her name as the songwriter and, if possible, tag or link to AnnBaileyMusic.com so others can find the full version.

We only upload songs to trusted sources. If you find Ann’s music elsewhere, especially behind a paywall or without credit, it may be unauthorized. Please let us know so we can investigate by emailing here: support@annbaileymusic.com

Yes, with one request: please ask each singer or musician to download their own copy directly from the website. This ensures each person is using the music legally and helps us keep offering it for free.

Sheet music files are typically provided as PDFs, and MusicXML files. We also have MP3 recordings, though they are not professionally produced. If you have trouble opening a file, try using a desktop computer or contact us for help.

Yes! While many of Ann’s songs have faith-based themes, you’ll also find music focused on family, encouragement, patriotic, and the beauty of everyday life. Use the filters on the site to explore by theme or category.
